The town of La Romola is about 18 kilometres from Florence (approx. 20 minutes with normal traffic) on the border of the Chianti wine region. The villa is immersed in the Tuscan countryside, with views over a valley of vineyards and olive groves with the medieval hilltop town of Impruneta in the distance. The house is located approx. 2 kilometres from the closest town, with shops, restaurants and coffee bar. The position is perfect for easy day trips to Siena, San Gimignano and the rest of Tuscany.

Description: 
The villa is two storey (also with mezzanine level) plus a tower, and has numerous outdoor areas for entertaining and relaxing including a theatre, in addition to numerous places around the pool and in the garden. The property is completely fenced in and private. The drive to the main gate (a dirt road) is approx. 500 metres from the main road.

“A very typical Tuscan villa in terms of the architecture, size, shape and colour, with a cosy intimate atmosphere. It is situated in the most beautiful Tuscan countryside, where Prince Charles and Princess Diana once visited.”
